Small Text Generator

Make tiny text — small caps, superscript and subscript — that you can copy and paste anywhere.

🔒 Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is uploaded or stored on a server.

The Small Text Generator shrinks your words into tiny Unicode characters. Type any text and instantly get three miniature styles: small caps (little uppercase-style letters), tiny superscript (raised mini letters), and subscript (lowered mini letters). Each style is copyable with one click and pastes as plain text wherever you need it.

Tiny text is a favourite for social media bios, usernames and captions because it looks subtle, neat and different from everyone else's standard-size text. Designers and posters use small caps for an understated, elegant feel, while superscript and subscript are handy for footnote markers, simple math-style notation, and decorative touches.

As with our other generators, this is real Unicode — not an image or a font you have to install — so it works across Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, WhatsApp and most other apps. Everything is produced in your browser with no uploads.

Stylish username
Combine small caps with a normal word for a subtle, distinctive handle.

Frequently asked questions

Is this real small text or just a smaller font size?
It's real Unicode characters that are designed to look small, not a font-size change. That's why the smallness survives copy-and-paste into apps that don't let you change text size.
Why are some letters missing or look different?
Unicode doesn't include a tiny version of every letter — subscript letters in particular are limited. Where a character has no small form, we leave it as the closest available option or as normal text.
Where can I paste tiny text?
Almost anywhere that accepts text: Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, Tumblr, WhatsApp and more. A few apps with strict filters may convert it back to normal.
Is small caps the same as lowercase?
No. Small caps look like miniature capital letters with a uniform height, giving an elegant, formal feel that's different from ordinary lowercase.
Will screen readers read tiny text correctly?
Sometimes imperfectly, because the underlying characters aren't standard letters. Avoid tiny text where accessibility is important, such as key information.
Is my text private?
Yes — it's all generated locally in your browser and never uploaded.
